Ashton Fc will take on Team Jansen in this season’s League Cup Final after both achieved convincing four-goal victories in Sundays semi-final ties.
John Miles 2, Lee Phillips 2 and Paul Wright gave Aashton a 5-1 success over Senior Division champions Cutters Friday and denied them the chance of the double.
Team Jansen hope to follow their First Division triumph with a cup win, and Ben Crewe’s hat trick and one from John Durbin saw them beat Coach House 4-0.
The Robins overcame UWE Dynamos 1-0 to reach the President’s Cup Final. Lee Fudge grabbed the only goal of the game.
In the Final they will face The Swan (Hanham) who eased past Royal Oak Nailsea 4-0 with doubles from Luke James and Lewis Perryman.
In Division One, Quality Finish and Sartan United shared ten goals equally. On target for Sartan were Luke Allen 2, Conor Jenkins 2 and Steven Shepherd.
Anthony Lehous 2, Thomas Kelly and Alexnader Pullen netted for Golden Lion Fishponds as they beat Real St. George 4-2.
Second Division leaders Three Lions trounced City Darts Veterans 8-2. Chris Mountford 3, Kye Mountford 2, Ryan Perrett 2 and Andrew Perrett found the net. Robert Bell and Andrew Brooks replied for the hosts.
Rhubarb Tavern also scored eight times against AMC United who replied through Timothy Bawden. Jordan Hopes, Mark Thomas and Chris Watson scored two each, Kai Crocker and Lee McNeill the others.
Ben Francomb 2, Daniel Bright and Jamal Fisher gave Long Ashton a 4-2 win against Zimba.
In a double fixture, Pied Horse took four points from Badgerline, winning 4-1 and drawing 1-1. On target for Pied Horse were Dwain James 2, David Hill and Martyn Sims in the victory, Robert Cotter earned the draw.
