Only two matches were played on Saturday to tidy up the league programme for the 2007-08 season. Although only a disastrous defeat on the final day could have robbed Miners Rangers of promotion from Division Two as runners-up to Old Sodbury, they clinched their elevation for next season by winning 5-3 at Henbury ‘A’ who finished in fifth place. Lawrence Rovers just missed out on second spot by one point after a 3-1 victory at Hanham Athletic Res. who were left in fourth position.
